Thin Thin is responsible for the development of index and sustainability-related products at Bursa Malaysia, supporting the Exchange’s strategic priorities and evolving market needs. With over 20 years of experience at Bursa Malaysia, she has contributed to the Exchange’s sustainability journey, including the launch of the FTSE4Good Bursa Malaysia Index in 2014. Her expertise spans index development, sustainability solutions, strategic partnerships, and market engagement across Malaysia’s capital market.
Ong Jee Lian (Chief Communications & ESG Officer of Gamuda Group and Executive Director of Gamuda Engineering)
Jee Lian brings 25 years of experience across infrastructure, technology, and real estate, including at Lenovo and UEM. She has hands-on experience across mega projects — MRT, LRT, highways, water treatment plants, and townships — spanning governance, audit, and digitalisation. Executive Director of Gamuda Engineering, she established Gamuda’s sustainability strategy across Malaysia, Australia, Taiwan, Singapore, Vietnam, UK, helping it rank 250 in TIME-Statista’s Sustainable Companies list, and is ACCA Integrated Reporting and AA1000 Practitioner and UN Women WEPs recipient.
Venu Mahendra a/l Muniandy (General Manager, Group ESG & Sustainability, Gamuda Berhad)
Venu brings experience in ESG integration, climate strategy and digital sustainability solutions across Gamuda’s regional operations. His expertise spans sustainability reporting and assurance, climate risk and carbon management, sustainable supply chains, ESG audits, data analytics, geospatial intelligence and AI-enabled sustainability solutions. Prior to Gamuda, he worked with Deloitte Asia Pacific’s Risk Advisory. He holds multiple professional certifications, including AA1000 Sustainability Assurance Practitioner, Certified Sustainability Practitioner (CSP), Certified Sustainability Reporting Specialist (CSRS) and BREEAM Infrastructure UK V6 Projects Certified Assessor.
