MEDIA STATEMENT BY PENANG CHIEF MINISTER YAB TUAN CHOW KON YEOW CUM CHAIRMAN OF THE PENANG GREEN COUNCIL ON 04 JUNE 2025 IN KOMTAR, GEORGE TOWN – Today, I am pleased to officially announce the launch of the Penang Green Summit 2025 – a major evolution from our previous Penang International Green Conference and Exhibition (PGIGCE). This newly rebranded summit marks a significant milestone in our green agenda, as we move towards positioning Penang as a regional headquarters for sustainable energy collaboration and innovation.
